I built AMP around a simple idea: most operational problems make more sense when you look at the whole system.

I’ve spent my career working inside organizations where people, processes, management, and technology all have to come together to make the operation work. I’ve led teams, managed complex operational systems, implemented change, and worked across functions and geographies where unclear ownership or a broken handoff can quickly become a much larger problem.

That experience shaped how I approach AMP. I like getting into the details, understanding how the pieces fit together, and helping organizations turn chaos into clearer processes and practical ways of working.

My background spans operations, technology, and management. I hold an MBA and a B.S. in Information Technology, along with certifications in Prosci^® Change Management and ITIL^®. But AMP is built less around a particular methodology than around a practical principle: understand the operation first, then improve what actually needs improving.
